Currently the data center is experiencing packet loss to one of its peers and is looking into the problem. This is only affect some clients when trying to connect to their services. We will keep you updated as we get more information.

Update: Looks like the data center is routing traffic around the affected peer and have the issue resolved. We will continue to monitor the for any other problems.

Power Failure at Fremont, CA Data Center (Clo (Resolved)

Affecting System - Virtual Dedicated Cloud Servers | Priority - Critical


There was a large power failure that bypassed the PSU backups causing one of the Virtual Dedicated Cloud Server racks to completely go offline. We are working to repair all systems affected and we will soon be getting  all servers back online. 

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Service Downtime Announcement (Resolved)

On Friday (8/17/2012) at 3:00 AM CST the Fremont, CA data center will be doing maintenance on the network. This will be affecting all game servers, cloud servers, shared hosting and reseller service. The downtime should not exceed more than 10 minutes.

SuperServer - Scheduled Maintenance (Resolved)

Affecting Server - www2.fc.lnxhosting.ca | Priority - Critical


Dear Customers,

                      This is the notification that we'll be taking the Super Server Down from 10AM +5GMT - 2PM +5GMT. We assume that server has some problems in the raid configuration. This is why the [SUPERSERVER] server is being taken down for hard drive tests. This process will cuase minimum 4 Hours downtime. Please reply to open a support ticket regarding this maintenance.

Powerserver Maintinance (Resolved)

Affecting Server - Power Server | Priority - High


Hello,

      We are having some hardware issues on the node and currently we are copying the all data of the server to prevent data loss. Please wait some more time and the server will back online soon.

 

Update: We are doing a disk-to-disk data transfer, unfortunately there is close to 450GB of data and is taking a LOT longer than expected.

Update: Data is being restored, Server should be back online soon.
